Just because your plans appear to have fallen through doesn’t mean you should stop planning. Work on those areas you do have control over, so when the other areas open up, you’ll have a stronger foundation to build on.
While it’s easy to get discouraged when you feel like you’re not moving forward with your goals and dreams, that’s not the time to give up. Look for areas where you can take action, like working on your personal development by reading more, taking online classes, feeding your brain with positive books, blogs/vlogs or articles. Conversely, limiting time on social media and other activities that feed negativity or simply going for a walk to clear your mind can do wonders for your mental health.
