How do you decide what’s important and what’s not?
As an entrepreneur, people and things will always vie for your attention. It’s often said, the squeaky wheel gets the grease, but should it?
Often, what is loudest is not what is most urgent or most important in our business or our lives. It’s that person or thing that just won’t relent until it has your full attention, but often, in tending to that squeaky wheel, you may be neglecting your highest priorities.

The idea behind it is to do what is important and requires your immediate attention, while scheduling, delegating or eliminating altogether the things that can wait.
Are you prioritizing those urgent and important tasks that will put you on the fast track to your goals?
